Wholesale Account Manager | Dallas, TX

We are looking for a self-motivated wholesale account manager who is interested in a fun, fast paced work environment. We strive to maintain a strong work ethic as a team of creative individuals in a flexible workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain wholesale accounts, retail website, and social channels while providing excellent customer service
  • Fulfill wholesale and retail orders with attention to detail
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the wholesale business
  • Upload new retail styles on Shopify in a creative, detail-oriented manner
  • Provide timely customer service for shipping orders, order issues, returns, etc.
  • Assist with sample coordination, naming, and tagging to prep for markets
  • Occasionally attend wholesale markets to grow business and meet accounts

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in wholesale management or a similar retail role preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Skilled experience in Shopify, QuickBooks, and excel a plus
